Returns Of Online Purchases – Gifttones

Cases in which items need to be returned and refund generated should be brought to notice within 48 hours from the time of delivery of products. The company will refund any item(s), provided that the item(s) has not been damaged, soiled, washed, alter or worn and that all labels and tags are attached. Cosmetics and underwear/swimwear bottoms are final sale for hygienic reasons and cannot be returned.

How can you return an item?

The delivery slip in its original form should be attached in the cases of returns as well as items given for exchange. We do not accept returns or exchanges without the original packing slip. Returns can be initiated by calling our customer care department at (insert number) where a Return Tracking Number will be given to you.

Your refund will in most cases be issued to the same credit or debit card that has been used for the payment online at our website. The amount of the item will be credited or returned back to your account after the deductions made for shipping and delivery charge.

Please allow two weeks for the processing of returns. Time taken for the amount to be updated in your bank statement in the case of credit cards might take up a period of two consecutive cycles of billing.

Exchanging items in the online store

If you have received a damaged item and would like to exchange it for the same product call our customer care support at (insert number). Whereas if you want to exchange the delivered product with another product from our store then along with calling the customer care support fill up the Return and Exchange form and indicate the item(s) that you would like to exchange. During exchange processes the items should be carefully placed in the delivery package along with the return form number. Please refer to package for additional information.

We do not accept exchanges after 10 days of the original purchase.

Order Cancellation

For cancellation of order the time allotted is before processing of the order. Once the order is shipped, a confirmation email will be delivered at your mail containing all the required information. Once a product is shipped, the Return and Exchange Policy will apply.

Again we may cancel orders for any reason. Some common situations in which orders are liable to be cancelled are as follows

Item goes out of stock with no plans to restocking of the same item or if there is a pricing errors or payments via credit or debit card has declined.

A refund will be initiated when the return package is received and processed at our fulfillment centre. It typically takes 5-10 business days for the return item to reach our fulfillment center.
